What is your policy on vaccinations?

For the safety of all our guests, we require all dogs to be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies, DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus), and bordetella. Proof of vaccination must be provided upon check-in.

Do you accommodate dogs with special dietary needs?

Yes, we can accommodate dogs with special dietary needs. Please inform us at the time of booking and bring any special food or supplements that your dog requires. Our trained staff will ensure your pet follows its home diet as closely as possible.

How often will my dog be walked or exercised?

Dogs are walked at least twice daily and have access to outdoor play areas for exercise and socialization, weather permitting. We also offer additional playtime and exercise options for an extra fee.

Can I check in on my dog during their stay?

Absolutely! We offer various ways for you to check in on your pet, including webcam access in select areas, and daily updates via email or text. Feel free to call us anytime during business hours for an update.

What is your check-in and check-out policy?

Check-in and check-out times are typically during our business hours. We offer a grace period for check-outs, after which an additional day’s fee may apply. Please inquire for specific times and any available flexibility.

What if my dog requires medication during their stay?

Our trained staff can administer oral and topical medications according to your specifications. Please bring medications in their original packaging with clear instructions. There may be an additional fee for this service.

Do you offer any grooming or spa services?

Yes, we offer a range of grooming services, including baths, haircuts, nail trims, and ear cleaning. These services can be scheduled during your dog’s stay or as a standalone appointment.

What is your emergency protocol?

In the event of an emergency, we will immediately contact you or your designated emergency contact. We have procedures in place to quickly address the situation and, if necessary, transport your dog to a nearby veterinary clinic.

How do I make a reservation, and what is your cancellation policy?

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. We require a deposit to secure your booking, which is refundable up to a certain period before the stay begins. Please contact us for specific details on our cancellation policy and any associated fees.

What if my dog doesn't pass the temperament test?

That’s ok! Even if you pup isn’t a fan of other four-legged furbabies, but they’re great with our staff, then they are more than welcome to stay at our hotel! We offer “Private” boarding options for an additional fee.
