Things have really improved under new management! The team is very helpful, communicative and kind. They adjusted pricing down to be more equal in the market and the grooming services are better than you normally see at a kennel - highly recommended

Our dog had recent major surgery requiring the wearing of the cone for weeks. We thought she would be healed up in time for our Thanksgiving week travels but that did not work our so we had to hurry and find a boarding solution that could deal with her and her ongoing medication schedules. D Pet Hotels came through when we needed them most and did such a great job of taking care of our dog we weren't sure the dog would want to come back home with us.
